EXCELLENT HARDWARE
GD Medical invested more than 9 Million dollars to establish our new plant with GMP (FDA STANDARD). To keep production at the highest output, we utilize a 32,000 ft. Machine shop with state of the art CNC control axis technology to manufacture custom products as well as repairs. In addition we have three fully operational 21,500 ft. clean room's. To keep up with our expanding operational needs, We have a new 54,000 ft. warehouse that has been built to accommodate new products and faster order delivery .
In addition, GD Medical is in the process of FDA approval of our own Vacuum Blood Tube's. Within this production line we use hot runner technology and manipulator operation facilities , This greatly enhances the production capacity, greatly reduces cycle times and improves molding system efficiency's.
OPERATIONAL PROCESS
To strengthen the production efficiency and quality, each production step is managed by their appointed team. That team's responsibility is to co-ordinate all manufacturing of their product through the entire production process. This insures operational excellence throughout the production environment. As well there are site assistance production managers for every product category as well as a technical support engineer and a quality monitoring specialist. As you can see quality is the focus!
WORKSHOP INNOVATION
Another unique approach to our production, manufacturing and logistics department is our annual innovation competitions. Such as the working models competition, packaging experts competition, warehouse forklift competition etc. During these games (which are meant to be friendly and harmonious) we can absorb techniques and production improvement suggestions. Advocating this innovative atmosphere not only can enhance productivity but also comradery.

With all Orders prioritized based on our many logistic partners needs and timeframes. All this to ensure orders will be dispatched quickly, smoothly, safely and efficiently.
